PCGH promotes active involvement in the world of work. We provide in-house vocational training designed to increase a resident's ability to function successfully in the community and prepare them for employment at area businesses. Steady employment provides residents with a sense of independence and self-worth while creating a learning environment outside the group home. Residents are able to become taxpaying citizens who contribute to the community.
As an essential part of the overall learning experience, PCGH affords residents the opportunity to participate in a variety of local spiritual, leisure and recreational activities such as religious services, holiday parties, local festivals, bowling leagues and Special Olympics.
